Joan Simmons Passes On
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Sister Joan "Ms. Joanie" Simmons. Ms. Joanie passed at approximately 5:20p.m. on Monday July 18, 2011 at St. Francis Hospital, Hartford, CT. Funeral arrangements will be posted here as soon as they become available. On behalf of the entire Faith community we express our deepest condolences to her surviving family and friends.
