NEC YOUTH MINISTRIES CONVENTION
Attached please find the registration forms for the upcoming Youth Ministries Convention. A few quick details:
Date: January 12-15 (Thursday-Sunday), 2012
Location: Stamford Marriott Hotel & Spa - 243 Tresser Blvd., Stamford, CT (about a mile from the previously used Hilton Hotel)
Registration Cost: $165 per person. Late fee of $185 begins December 19, 2011
Room Cost: $109.00 per night. Call Hotel to make reservations - 203-357-9555
Please follow all instructions in the registration packet to ensure a smooth admission process upon your arrival to the Convention. Any questions, please feel free to contact the Youth Department Office.
YOUTH AWARDS BANQUET
Tickets are available for purchase at the Youth Department Office. The price is $45.00 per person. Please remember to send in all of your nomination forms by November 18, 2011. If you are in need of additional nomination forms, contact JeNean.
