Our Prayer Breakfast on June 10 will take the form of a hike in the Farmington Reservoir. Please be there by 7:30 a.m. and we will start our prayer walk by 8:00. Bring plenty of water and you can make pack a picnic brunch. All are welcome.

Women's Ministries Friendship Evangelism DVD Series
This is a DVD and Workbook program teaching us to apply Biblical principles that offer real solutions for total well-being. When we understand and put into action God's full principles of healthful living, we can be assured of improved health and total well-being.
The rescheduled dates:
Session 6 – Addictions (food, etc.) – Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at 7:00 p.m.
Session 7 – Worship – Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at 7:00 p.m.
Our exercise program is three days per week: Mondays (Zumba night), Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 6 to 7 p.m. (we are open to add another time slot, interested! speak to one of our team members).Our next Zumba marathon coming soon
Women’s Ministries is sponsoring 40 days of prayer starting March 12 to April 20, 2012. All are welcome to join the WM in this Prayer Revival.Schedule: 3/12 – 23/22 = Pray for self and family
3/23 – 4/3 = Pray for church (youth, families, etc.)
** 3/24 WM will FAST until 6 p.m. in preparation for the Intercessory phase

Northeastern Conference Health and wellness festival: On December 17, The Northeastern Conference of Seventh Day Adventist will present a health and wellness festival that will be sponsored by the Faith SDA church. It will be an all day event, starting with Sabbath School, Divine Service and ending with a health fair and health screening in the evening. It promises to be a day filled with information on how to eat better and how to care for our bodies in order to have a healthier life style. The Health Ministry department invites you to come out and taste and see that the Lord is good.

We are now in cold and flu season. Over the next few weeks we in the health ministry department would like to give you info in an effort to help you through the season. Knowing the difference between a Cold & the Flu-- Flu: sudden onset, Cold: slow onset. Flu: high fever, Cold: low or no fever. Flu: extreme fatigue, Cold: mild fatigue. Flu: dry cough, Cold: severe cough & runny nose. Flu: achy head, Cold: no achy head. Flu: achy muscles, Cold: no achy muscles. Flu: chills, Cold: no chills. Next week we will give you some prevention techniques.There will be a bread making class here at the church on October 30th at 3:00 pm to 5:00pm and all are welcome to come.

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Sister Joan "Ms. Joanie" Simmons. Ms. Joanie passed at approximately 5:20p.m. on Monday July 18, 2011 at St. Francis Hospital, Hartford, CT. Funeral arrangements will be posted here as soon as they become available. On behalf of the entire Faith community we express our deepest condolences to her surviving family and friends.
